You may only see Price as a pop icon. Here are a few videos showing his love of classic rock, including a mind-blowing performance with Tom Petty, Steve Winwood, and Jeff Lynne!

The video above is a tribute to the Beatles that included Prince showcasing his crazy-good guitar skills playing "While My Guitar Gently Weeps".

Prince wasn't just a pop music artist, he was an 'all music' artist. Some of his biggest influence in music was our favorite classic rock pieces. Eric Clapton was once asked by somebody "How does it feel to be the greatest guitar player ever?". Clapton's response..."I don't know, ask Prince!". There is no doubt that Prince was one of the best, but he wasn't solely recognized for guitar because he could play 20 instruments insanely well.

If the above performance doesn't give you chills, then these videos below certainly should! Prince often would cover classic rock songs in his concerts, including this one of "Honky Tonk Woman"...

While on the Arsenio Hall Show, Prince performed "She's Always In My Hair"...

At Coachella in 2008, Prince played for the audience at this massive event. He's puts a whole new spin on his version of "Creep" by Radiohead...

Prince touched music in a great way no matter what the format of music was. To him, it all was music, and he was one of the best in it.
