1. Kid Asked to Change out of Trojan Man Costume

A student in Orlando, Florida was asked to take off his Trojan Man costume on "character day", because teachers said it was distracting.  The student wore the costume to promote safe sex among his peers.  If you ask kids to come to school in costumes, shouldn't you expect distractions?

A new social media campaign is gaining momentum.  Even celebrities are #FeelingNuts to raise awareness for testicular cancer.


 


 

4. Facebook's "Real Name" Policy Controversy

Facebook has been reporting a number of accounts as fake and unfairly targeted members of the LGBT communities, like drag queens who operate under stage names.  What's the difference between that and celebrity and radio names?  Facebook apologized, but hasn't backed down from the policy yet.

 

 

 


 

5. Lies People Tell to Get Flight Upgrades

Wait.  People lie?!  Let's be honest.  The airlines don't feel bad about gouging you for every single penny you've got, so why not swing things in your own favor every now and then?  Have you ever lied to get first class?

 

 

 

 


 

6. Dracula's Dungeon Has Been Found

Technically they believe they've found the dungeons that belonged to Vlad the Impaler, the real-life figure who inspired Bram Stoker's vampire stories.
