5. Cell Phones at Concerts

People using cell phones at concerts has gotten out of hand. It's gotten to the point where, if you're on the floor, your view of the show is most likely through the hand-held device of the person in front of you. Does this get on your nerves? Do you think cell phones should be banned at concerts?
