The Smithereens to play at Husky stadium Sat evening (9/13/2014) at 7p. The band from the 80's will play their hits and they had a lot of them.

The Smithereens formed in 1980 and their first hit was "Blood and Roses" off the album 'Especially For You.'

The Smithereens also known for hits, "Only A Memory", "Blue Period" (feat. Belinda Carlisle), "Behind The Wall of Sleep", "Drown in My Own Tears" and "The House We Used to Live In" just to name a few.
