    Joetown Rocks Parish Festival

    St. Joseph

If it's the 4th of July weekend then you know it's Joetown Rocks time. There is a whole weekend of fun events starting tomorrow night at 5:00. The festivities start with games, food, and refreshments on the parish grounds. Of course my favorite is the Joe Burgers. The music starts at 6:00 with The Graduates. Jeremiah James Korfe, Ricky Nelson Remembered!, (featuring Matthew Nelson, Gunnar Nelson, Jeff Vee, and Tommy Vee), and Maiden Dixie will also be playing. Fireworks will go off starting at 10:15 p.m. Then on Saturday the fun continues with a parade, and music by Walters Wheelhouse. The event also features a quilt auction and a raffle drawing. All of these events are free so you can celebrate the 4th of July Weekend.
