You want to eat healthy- spring and summer will be coming soon.  BUT pizza, we all love it and it's always been a big ol' no-no.  Well, now, according to a dietitian, eating pizza for breakfast could actually be a healthy option!

It has something to do with not skipping breakfast, because you may tend to over eat later in the day.  And maybe it's better to eat the bad stuff first, as you have all day to work it off.
