And so do you if you aren't sleeping well.  Everyone's body needs to heal... every night.  And how does that happen?  Sleep.  And if you don't get enough sleep, your body doesn't have a chance to heal.  That's bad.

One of the things that I have always heard is to make sure that you are getting up and going to bed at the same time each day whether or not you work or school, or whatever you normally get up for.  I'm thinking... yeah, right.  There is no way I'm getting up on a Saturday at 4am.  What???  I'm thinking these people are more "normal" schedule people.  Like an 8-5 type of deal.

Also- if you think that you're insomnia is caused by something in particular, or are just curious why you cannot sleep, then the recommendation is to see your primary care physician.  And too many people ignore that... myself included.  Oops!!

I have also noticed that the room needs to be very cool.  Now that we have finally gotten some warmer, more summerlike weather, this comes into play.  Enjoy the sunshine and the heat, but keep your sleeping room free from screens, cooler than the rest of the house, and go to bed about the same time each night.

Good Luck!   ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
