Timberwolves Head Coach, Flip Saunders, Dead at Age 60

The Minnesota Timberwolves announced their head coach and part-owner has died at age 60. Flip Saunders lost his battle to Hodgkin’s lymphoma today.

Flip Saunders coached the Timberwolves from 1996-2005, then again from 2014 to 2015 until hospitalized in September because of his cancer.
