  • Gregg Allman just announced the possibility of an Allman Brothers reunion! Their last tour together as a band was in 2014. Nothing is set in stone yet, but looks like they are thinking about visiting major cities in the future. Gregg is also currently in the process of working on a solo album.
  • Metallica fans, we’ve got some good news for you! Turns out that Metallica is making music videos for all 12 tracks off their new album Hardwired.. To Self-Destruct! Who needs MTV when you’ve got YouTube, am I right?
  • Jackyl frontman Jesse James Dupree thinks that both Bono and Bruce Springsteen should just focus on music, and not airing their political opinions. However, he did not say it so kindly. Dupree told CBS Radio that he believes musicians shouldn’t use their music as a political platform, and that it is “anti-rock” to do so.
  • For a while now, there have been rumors of Iggy Pop possibly retiring. We got this idea because he has basically come out and said that he figures he’s done making albums after Post Pop Depression that came out in March. But since then, he has recorded five new singles that will be used for promotional purposes!
