  • Aerosmith had been planning (maybe their last) fall tour for this year - but now guitarist Joe Perry has told us that those plans are being postponed. The reason? Aerosmith is recording a new album!
  • Over the weekend Sir Elton John celebrated his 70th birthday – with lots of stars to help with the party. Those in attendance – Neil Patrick Harris, Rob Lowe, Jon Hamm, Stevie Wonder, Ryan Adams and Lady Gaga. And even though John is now officially in his 70’s, the knighted legend begins another tour next month.
  • .Kansas is currently on tour celebrating the anniversary of Leftoverture, and have decided to extend the tour – along with plans to record a new album. With the expanded tour, Kansas has added Minnesota to the bill, playing at the State Theater in Minneapolis this November!
  • If you’re a big Grateful Dead fan, make sure you keep your eyes peeled for their 1977 concert film – because it’s only being played in theaters for one day. The band is playing their The Grateful Dead Movie in honor of it’s 40th anniversary. And guess what day it’s coming the theaters? April 20th. Fitting.
