Every weekday, we take a look at what's happening in Music News.

Check out the headlines HERE:

  • Metallica is playing at U.S. Bank Stadium on Saturday, August 20th. If you can't make it, they're gonna stream THE ENTIRE THING!
  • The Rolling Stones are releasing an early 60's box set made entirely of original mono recordings. The box, titled The Rolling Stones in Mono will be here on September 30th, consisting of 15 CDs or 16 LPs.
  • The Beatle's Paul McCartney has finally solidified everyone's suspicions that John Lennon's relationship with Yoko Ono made the band feel "threatened".
  • Phil Collins will be performing one song at the U.S. Open this year. Expect to see him play “In The Air Tonight” on August 29th!

Super excited that Metallica has decided to live stream their concert coming up here in Minneapolis. Tickets sold out way to quick for this show - so this way I won't feel 100% jipped.

Also, No one likes Yoko Ono.
