  • Drummer Joey Kramer of Aerosmith has admitted that he feels like the band will be retiring soon. He told Rolling Stone Magazine he feels like retirement is coming soon due to band members health problems hindering how they'd like to perform.
  • Cherie Currie, ex lead singer of the Runaways, has announced she is coming out with her own solo album with lots of featured artists - like Matt Sorum, Billy Corgan and Slash.
  • David Bowie had a Broadway musical running during the time of his death, and lots of the songs in that play were featured on his latest Blackstar album. Now, the play Lazarus, is coming out with their soundtrack. On it, you’ll hear some of Bowie’s last recordings. This is set to come out on October 21st.
  • Former Motorhead drummer Mikkey Dee will be taking over as full time drummer for Scorpions, replacing James Kottak. Kottak has stepped aside to deal with his alcohol abuse problems.
