Twins Avoid Sweep With 6-4 Labor Day Win In Baltimore
The Minnesota Twins (60-77) avoided a four-game sweep by topping the Baltimore Orioles (79-57) 6-4 this afternoon at Camden Yards. Joe Mauer drove in four runs, and starter Phil Hughes pitched eight solid innings -- allowing Glen Perkins to come in and get the save.
