Twins walked off against the Chicago White Sox Thursday night thanks to a Chris Hermann RBI single to score Doug Bernier for a 4-3 win.  Minnesota erased a 3-0 deficit to come back for the win.

Mike Pelfrey shook off a rough first inning to go over six innings, allowing three runs on seven hits with four strikeouts. Pelfrey threw 62 strikes in 88 pitches.

Trevor Plouffe broke up the shutout in the bottom of the fifth inning with a solo home run, his 12th of the season.  Justin Morneau and Josh Willingham also had RBI in the win for Minnesota.

The Twins and White Sox play again Friday night at Target Field. First pitch at 7:10.
