The Twins needed extra innings to top the Angels 3-2 Sunday afternoon at Target Field and complete a sweep of Los Angeles. Minnesota improves to 3-9 with the win.

Oswaldo Arcia was 3-5 in the win for the Twins, including a walk-off single in the twelfth inning. Joe Mauer went 2-4 to raise his batting average to .372 on the year, and Trevor Plouffe was 3-4 with a walk and a run batted in.

Next up for the Twins is a home-and-home series with the Brewers beginning Monday night at Target Field. The series shifts to Miller Park Wednesday and Thursday.
