The Minnesota Twins beat the New York Yankees 3-1 Tuesday night in Fort Myers. Minnesota is 12-14 overall this spring.

Tommy Milone pitched well in his first start since officially being named the Twins' fifth starter, lasting six innings while allowing just one run on four hits and two walks. The lefty struck out five Yankees in the win.

The Twins host the Red Sox Wednesday afternoon at Hammond Stadium.
