These unhealthy items you're going to find at some pretty popular fast food chains, i.e., Wendy's, McDonalds, Cinnabon even Subway.

I always say maybe to beat this is to just eat the items I mention in the VIDEO in moderation. It's like in most cases if it's in moderation it can't be too bad right?
