The Minnesota Vikings (9-2) beat the Detroit Lions (6-5) 30-23 today at Ford Field in the Motor City to expand their lead in the NFC North. It was the 7th straight win for the Vikes.

Vikings quarterback Case Keenum completed 21 of 30 for 282 yards and two touchdowns, both to Kyle Rudolph. His favorite target was Adam Thielen who had 8 catches for 89 yards. Latavuis Murray was Minnesota's leading rusher with 20 carries for 84 yards and a score.

During today's game Adam Thielen became the first Vikings wide receiver to go over 1000 yards in a season since Sidney Rice in 2009 -- and there are still five games left in the regular season.

This Sunday afternoon the Bears face the Eagles in Philly, and Sunday night the Packers play the Steelers in Pittsburgh.
