The Minnesota Vikings (0-1) were dominated by the San Francisco 49ers (1-0) from wire to wire tonight at Levi's Stadium. From the 49ers opening drive to Kaepernick taking a knee to end the game -- the Vikings appeared out coached, over powered, and out played.

San Francisco rushed for 230 yards on 39 carries and out-gained Minnesota 395-248. Adrian Peterson rushed 10 times for 31 yards. Mike Wallace led the Vikings with six catches for 63 yards. Teddy Bridgewater finished 23 of 32 for 231 yards.

Minnesota was just 1 for 9 on third downs.

After the game Minnesota head coach Mike Zimmer said, "In the two years - the 17 ballgames - that I've been here, that did not look like the football team that I know."

Now it's a short week for the Vikes to try and right the ship -- facing the Detroit Lions at Noon this Sunday at TCF Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.

Skol Vikings!
