The Minnesota Vikings (11-5) took a 17 point lead into the 4th quarter, then held on for dear life as the Green Bay Packers (10-6) mounted a comeback that fell just short, giving Minnesota the 20-13 win and the NFC North Championship -- setting the stage for a home playoff game for the Vikings this Sunday against Seattle.

Teddy Bridgewater completed 10 of 19 pass for just 99 yards. Adrian Peterson claimed his third league rushing title by carrying the ball 19 times for 67 yards for a season total of 1,485. Jerick McKinnon was Minnesota's leading receiver with 3 catches for 33 yards.

Vikings defensive back Captain Munnerlyn recovered an Aaron Rodgers fumble in the 3rd quarter and returned it 55 yards for a touchdown. Andrew Sender was the leading tackler for the Vikings. Xavier Rhodes picked off Rodgers once. Minnesota sacked Rodgers five times.

With the win, the Vikings claim the NFC North title -- and the #3 seed on the NFC side of the playoff bracket, hosting the Seattle Seahawks this Sunday at Noon at TCF Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
