LouAnn M. Peterson grew up in Hutchinson, MN and attended Mankato State University, graduating in 1984. She moved to St Cloud to being her career at Citizens Savings Bank, now known as ING. LouAnn started with BankVista when the bank opened in 2000. In the thirty years LouAnn has worked in the mortgage industry, she has become and FHE DE underwriter and conventional/VA underwriter. LouAnn manages the mortgage department at BankVista. She believes in practicing good customer service and understands your mortgage matters! In LouAnn’s spare time she enjoy’s fishing, boating and antiquing. You can also keep an eye out for LouAnn at a Twins game!

Tom Templin has enjoyed 24 years in the banking industry following his graduation from St Cloud State University with a degree in finance. For the last 14 years, Tom has helped clients at BankVista with new construction, purchases and refinance loan options. Minnesota Housing recognized Tom as a leader in First Time Homebuyer Lending. Tom is actively involved in the community, serving as past Sartell Chamber President as well as chairing various community events. Bill Pennings graduated with a degree in Business Administration & Management from Southwest State University in Marshall, MN. For over 40 years he has been in the banking business with the last 20 spent in Mortgage Banking. Besides work, Bill’s hobbies include singing Baritone with the St Cloud Singing Saints Barbershop Chorus, golfing, pickle ball, hunting and camping. Bill has enjoyed 40 years of marriage with two children & 4 grandchildren. Bill has helped many families over the years, now working with the third generation in many cases!

Yes, often times the home owner is able to do their own work. They will need to submit a material estimate and the payment would be made directly to the vendor.

  • Longer terms then you would find with a credit card or personal loan
  • Interest is most often times tax deductible
  • Improvements to your home before putting it on the market may help increase your asking price
