Heading to the Minnesota State Fair this weekend? Make a stop at the 'Land of 10,000 Beers' Craft Brew Hall in the Agriculture/Horticulture building, and wet your appetite for next Saturday's (9/12) 'America On Tap' Beer Festival at the Benton County Fairgrounds in Sauk Rapids.

This is the first time brewpubs are allowed to pour at the Fair, thanks to a new Minnesota law passed earlier this year. If you stop at the Fair exhibit, you can select among six different flights of beers — “Belgian/Sweeter,” “Lighter,” “Darker,” “Hoppier,” “Minnesota Mix,” as well as a new “Brewpub” flight, which will feature beers from the 10 participating brewpubs.

The 'America On Tap' Beer Festival will feature Minnesota brewers and more. 50+ brewers from around the country (including our neck of the woods) will feature more then one hundred of the best beers in America, which you can sample for three hours along with tasty eats, live music, and more.

Get your 'America On Tap' tickets now for $30, instead of $40 (still way worth it) on the day of the event at the gate. And yes, I will see you there!
