Warm Weather Attracts Thousands to Earth Day Marathon [VIDEO]
ST. CLOUD -- 60 degrees and sunny with a slight breeze made for great running conditions this (Saturday) morning.
The Earth Day Run weekend continued today (Saturday) with the Scheels Half Marathon.
Nearly 1,400 people came out to run in the marathon.
Long time runner, Jenny Richason of St. Cloud says the weather was perfect compared to other years. In past years runners had to face everything from rain showers to freezing conditions. This year she's running part of the marathon.

Some rookies were running in the race. Paul Nelson of Paynesville was running in the marathon for the first time. He says he finds running very rewarding and healthy.
