This is the second time I have tried an Escape Room.  The first time was in Rochester, MN, and we got out with about 30 seconds to spare.  So, trying this one, I'm like... no problem. We're a smart bunch of people, so why not?

There were two choices of rooms.  I looked on their website and they have a description.  One was considered to be more scary than the other.  So, me being the wuss that I am, picked the less "scary" one.  I heard afterward that it's more suspense than scary, so either would have been fine.

We, the five of us, enter the room.  We have an hour to complete this task and "escape".  Well, we got stuck on one certain clue for SIXTEEN MINUTES!!!  Just because we kept trying the same thing over and over.  Well, that is the definition of insanity.  Another person from our group tried and it voila!  We felt so inadequate.  We would have solved the rest of it if it hadn't been for that one thing.

I wanna try it again.

Meanwhile, the other half of our group tried the other room and escaped with 40 seconds to spare.  SUCCESS!!

Either way, it was a ton of fun, and I would recommend it to anyone.  Great night out. And, I heard through the grapevine that Riddler's Escape Rooms will be moving locations soon, so they will have even bigger and better rooms.  And what they have now is kind of amazing... so the next ones will be even better.

Get a group together and see if you can escape!
