Are you 23? What about 69? If you answered 'yes' to either question, a new study suggests that you are at one of the two happiest times in your life? Are you 55? If that got  'yes' from you, then you are in the miserable section of your life. Sounds like fun.

According to a new study appearing in the Daily Mail, the London School of Economics as determined that in our early 20s we still have all that optimism and hope for the future. Plus we still look great, and can jump out of bed after having 15 drinks the night before. That = HAPPY.

In our late 60s, we find some contentment and come to terms with our regrets. We also appreciate the health we've got (because we know it's about to fade).

The bad new; we become miserable in our mid-50s, but hit our most miserable point at 75, and it doesn't get any better after that.

So cheer up. If you're in your mid-50s and miserable, you're only a decade or so away from one of the best times in your life (right before the bottom falls out for good).
