Yes, I have heard of beer goggles... you know... what you are apparently wearing if you hit on or worse, go home with someone that you normally wouldn't have if you hadn't been drinking.

So, what are coffee goggles?  Sort of the same thing, only without the intoxication and it's while you are at work.  They make you feel a bit more positive about your co-workers and the situations that are surrounding you while at work.  Honestly, this doesn't sound like a bad thing.  Although, you may actually think people are better than they actually are.  This, obviously could be a good thing or a bad thing.

Researchers say that drinking coffee before doing a task or having a conversation with a co-worker can help you to focus and be more productive.  Now, my question is this... is it really the coffee or is it the caffeine?  My guess is that it's the latter.

But either way... bottoms up!
