There are so many reasons to be thankful each and every day, but here are a few of my favorites.

Family & Friends

I am thankful for my family because they loved me and supported me even when I didn't deserve it. I am also very thankful for my best friend who is like a sister to me and my other best friend and adventure pal, my husband. We have had a number of adventures over 10 years. It hasn't always been endless fun, but we enjoy the good times and learn from the bad times.

Coworkers

We butt heads and we're all different personalities and personality types, but we all do what we need to do to get the job done. We get mad for five minutes and then we're over it instead of hurling insults and slamming doors then not speaking. The job doesn't get done that way and we all know it.

Freedom

Over the weekend, we drove to another state and we didn't have to answer to anyone. We didn't have to go through check points and told we had to turn around because they don't allow Catholic disc jockeys into that part of the state. We got into our car, stayed in a hotel, enjoyed a major sporting event, had some laughs, made new friends and then jumped into our car and drove home. We made it both ways safely and had a warm place to call home when we got back. I know freedom isn't free, so that's why I am also thankful for our men and women in uniform. Without them, we couldn't do what we do each and every day.
