The Minnesota Wild (27-22-10) won their fourth consecutive game since John Torchetti was named interim coach, dropping the division-leading Chicago Blackhawks (39-19-5) 6-1 this afternoon outdoors at TCF Bank Stadium in Minneapolis as part of the 2016 NHL Stadium Series in front of more than 50,000 fans.

The Wild have now scored 21 goals in their four games since John Torchetti took over as interim head coach. The team scored 23 times in the entire month of January.

With the win, Minnesota is just one point away from the final Wild Card playoff spot in the Western Conference. Next up for the Wild: Tuesday night in New York to face the Islanders.
