The Minnesota Wild topped the Phoenix Coyotes 4-3 in overtime Wednesday night for their seventh straight win. The Wild are now 20-12-2 and are in 3rd place in the Western Conference with 40 points.

Despite goals from Torrey Mitchell and Matt Cullen, the Wild trailed 3-2 with 1:00 left in regulation. Minnesota defenseman Ryan Suter’s wrist shot past Phoenix goaltender Jason LaBarbara with 57 seconds remaining sent the game to overtime, where Mikko Koivu’s ninth goal of the season got the win for the Wild.

Minnesota is in Dallas Friday night.
