In what may have been a momentary blunder from the creators of The Rolling Stone's mobile app, there is a possibility that the Glimmer Twins, et al, may be headlining the Southern California music festival, Coachella.

On Friday, when thousands were checking their Stones app GRRR!, a brief glimpse of their upcoming tour revealed their Saturday night Newark gig at the top, a previously unscheduled December 27th Huntington NY show that has been reported as a future screening of the Stones doc, The Rolling Stones: The Ron Wood Years, but below that a curious and astounding afternoon show for Indio, California, on April 12th, one of the dates for set for the three-day Coachella Festival. Although the date has been removed, now, savvy iPhone users all over the country made instant screen grabs of the info and tweeted it furiously.

The last time The Stones have played an outdoor festival was the '07 Isle of Wight festival in England.

The Stones' show from Newark flaunted an appearance by Bruce Springsteen and featured a visit from Lady Gaga to take vocal duties on Gimme Shelter. You can watch the video of the performance below:
