Starting November 1st, St. Joseph has put their Winter Parking Rules into effect.

Within the city limits of St. Joe, parking is prohibited on streets from November 1st to April 1st between the hours of 2am and 7am. However, in a nice addition that doesn't seem to be the case in other cities, if you happen to have visitors that need to leave a car parked on the street, you can contact the Police Department (320.363.8250) and temporary permission may be granted unless a snow event occurs.

Much like the other cities in our area, the information is impossibly hidden on the municipalities' website. In the case of all the St. Cloud metro cities, it's almost as if they don't want you to know about the rules, so they can rake in the dough.

Comically, St. Joe's info can only be found by searching "winter parking" and then clicking on a link to this old newsletter, archived on the site. There doesn't seem to be any formal page created for the rules.
