Women Asking Men Out, What Are Your Thoughts ? [POLL]

It's 2014 and many things have changed in the way we do things modern or traditional, Where are you with Women asking men out on dates?

Some still think the man has to initiate the date which may still be the majority, yet there's those that are fine with women asking men out.

I think it can be an intimidation thing but that works both ways for some. I guess if you want the worm (sort of speak) you need to be the early bird or you might miss out on the guy.
