Adrian Peterson’s Appeal Denied
The arbitrator appointed by the NFL to hear Adrian Peterson's appeal to his suspension for violating the league's player conduct policy has upheld the NFL's ruling, sidelining Peterson until at least April 2015.
Former NFL executive Harold Henderson was appointed by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell to hear Peterson's case, and conducted the process last week in Washington D.C.
It's being reported that Peterson is considering retirement, but before that decision is made he and hi legal time will likely plead his case against the NFL in federal court.
I'm so glad the Vikings have moved on and away from him this season. What would be a circus of distraction has instead barely been a blip on the team's radar. From my perspective, there is absolutely no way he returns to the NFL field as a Viking. Time to draft a running back.
