Adults & Kids – Badtoberfest Coming Later This Month in St. Joe
It's the time of year when almost every brewery will have their version of Oktoberfest. Generally they are scheduled towards the end of the month of September, and we now know that the reason for that, as opposed to October, is because the weather is nicer in September.
Badtoberfest is Bad Habit Brewery's Oktoberfest celebration. And this one is not just for adults. They will also have plenty of activities for the littles! There will be face painting, cookie decorating, coloring books, and more all in the designated "kids area".
And yes, for adults there will also be the regular Oktoberfest activities like a new Oktoberfest tapping, beer stein holding contest, hammerschlagen, live music, a food truck, giant pretzels, and general fun.
The event is coming up on Friday, September 27th from 4pm to 10pm. So mark your calendars and let's hope for good weather... always want good weather for events like this. Cooler might be a great thing, however. Oktoberfest and heat don't really seem to mix very well.

You could make plans to hit all, or at least most of the Oktoberfest celebrations around the area. Most of them are happening at the end of the month, but the largest, and oldest one will be happening in October. That one is located in New Ulm. It's so large that it takes 2 weekends in October to get it done. October 4-5 and October 11-12.
