If you’ve never been to Clemens Gardens in St. Cloud, you’re missing out on one of the prettiest spots in town. I recently visited the gardens because I seriously can’t believe that we have such a beautiful spot to view right in our own backyard.

Sitting on the hill above Munsinger Gardens, this breathtaking space is full of color, fountains, and flowers you can enjoy from spring through fall. It’s the kind of place where you slow down, take a deep breath, and just enjoy being surrounded by beauty.

CLEMENS GARDENS LOVE STORY

Clemens Gardens was created thanks to Bill and Virginia Clemens. Virginia loved gardens, but was living with multiple sclerosis, so Bill wanted to create something for her that she could see and enjoy from their home. There is a beautiful statue in the gardens that represents the two of them, overlooking everything together.

AWAKEN YOUR SENSES

It’s surely a visit for the senses. You’ll hear the sound of water, see colorful blooms in every direction, and smell the flowers in the air. The mix of flowers, fountains, and ironwork makes it feel a little like you’ve stepped into another country.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO VISIT CLEMENS GARDENS?

The best part? It’s open every day and it’s free. They do have a gift shop on the grounds, and you can sometimes go there and hear musicians performing throughout the gardens, and even enjoy ice cream from Jupiter Moon!

Whether you’re taking photos, having a quiet afternoon, or just enjoying a walk, Clemens Gardens is one of St. Cloud’s true treasures.

Beautiful Photos From Clemens Gardens

This weekend was a great one to get out and do something fun. I wanted to destress, so I drove over to Clemens Gardens for a nice stroll through the gardens. What a beautiful place it is. There are flowers everywhere, as well as fountains and statues. These photos only capture part of what's available to see, but in case you haven't had a chance to visit, now is a great time to view them, as everything is in full bloom. Take a look at some beautiful photos and then make a plan to take your own trip. All of your senses will thank you.
