Now for those well-endowed women, there's a pillow that'll provide some comfort.As a guy, I tend to think "Big boobs?  What's the problem here?".   But it is an issue for many women, it can lead to sever back and neck issues.

And as their website explains, many women have trouble sleeping on their stomachs or getting a massage without problems.  There's also a bed for pregnant women too which makes sense for obvious reasons.
