Everyone likes free stuff, right?  It's even better when it's something free and it's also something that brings you some live music.

FREE SUMMER CONCERT SERIES AT THE COMO ZOO CONSERVATORY

This coming June, the Como Zoo Conservatory brings back the Groovin' in the Garden Summer Concert series.  This series starts in June, and runs through July on Wednesday evenings.

Spread out a blanket & join us for these FREE outdoor concerts & activities in front of the Marjorie McNeely Conservatory Wednesdays June 10 – July 29 from 6pm–8pm. We will also have a food truck, climbing wall, some bouncy balls, and hula-hoops for the young and old alike! Beer, wine, pop, ice cream, and popcorn will be available to purchase.

THERE IS SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE IN THE FAMILY

This series is great for the entire family.  Great family outing with something for everyone to enjoy.  During the summertime, sometimes it can be a challenge to keep kids occupied and interested.  Attention span isn't that long, and keeping them entertained and stimulated can be challenging, and this concert series has something for just about everyone.  If your kids don't want to sit and just listen to the music, there are several other activities to keep them entertained as mentioned above.

CHECK OUT THE LINEUP OF MUSIC THROUGHOUT THE WEEKS OF THE SERIES

As far as what type of music will be played during this series - it's all over the place.  Which is a good thing.  Again, something for just about any type of music lover.  Just take a look at the lineup for the weeks of this series.

COULD ALSO WORK AS A GREAT DATE NIGHT OUT

So, if you are looking for something to do this summer in the evening, this might just be it.  And if you do want a night out without the kids, that is an option, as well.  Just because there is a ton of stuff for kids to do, doesn't mean they HAVE to come along.  But they would have fun.
