Deadbeat Dad Arrested for Starving & Mistreating His Kids [POLL]

When I hear stories like this it makes me fume!  There is NO reason to mistreat your kids, period.  I'm starting to believe that you should have to take a test to be a parent, cause this guy does NOT deserve to have that honor.  

As reported at KSTP.com, the mother was away working for two months to come home and find her kids were malnourished and weak.  They were also living in conditions with their father that not even terrorists would live in. The kids, who were only 2 & 3 years old, were taken to the hospital for treatment.
