Dear Baxter, Holy Melons, My Wife Rocks!

Baxter,

Check this out.  Ever since I've known my wife, she has talked about getting a nose job. She has always been a little insecure about her rather large nose.  Little by little, I set aside money hoping someday to have enough to pay for her surgery.  Eventually, we had enough and she set her appointment up.  She scheduled it for when I was out of town for 3 weeks, at a training seminar for work, so she could heal before I saw her.  When I came home, I got the surprise of my life.  Her nose was the same but she had a brand new set of 38 DD breasts.  She said she figured if her boobs stuck out farther than her nose, it wouldn't look so big.  Gotta say I was thrilled with her decision.  I suppose you are wondering why I'm telling you all this.  I'm telling everyone!
