Doctor Saves Dog Whose Leash Was Caught in Elevator Door (video)

Dog owners, pay attention, this could have been a horrible death for this dog.

A Tampa Florida doctor acted quickly and save the life of this dog with just seconds to spare. The dog and it's owner exited an elevator with the dog's leash dragging behind.  The elevator doors closed and the elevator started going up pulling the dog up. The poor dog was being strangled.

A doctor, that just happened to be standing by, quickly worked to get the dog's collar off before it choked to death. Luckily he finally got the collar off and the dog was saved from certain death. The doctor said that a few seconds more and the dog would have died.

The same thing happened last month in Houston,Texas alst month when a dog's leash was caught in an elevator door.
