Elton John Dedicates 'Your Song' To The Minnesota Twins at Florida Concert [VIDEO]

Sir Elton John gave the Twins players in attendance a shout out at this concert in Florida last week!

While taking a break from spring training in Florida, Brian Dozier, Joe Mauer, Phil Hughes and Trevor Plouffe attended an Elton John concert nearby. Elton dedicated part of his show to them! After the concert they were invited to hang out back stage with Elton John and got some great photo op's, which they tweeted heavily, as seen below.
