Alright, I've lived in this area for most of my life, and had no idea that this festival was a thing.  And now I'm intrigued.

What I'm talking about is the Hungarian Harvest Festival.  I ran across this event while I was scrolling social media and it looks like something that shouldn't be missed.

This year's event is happening on Saturday, September 14th.  So, it in just a couple of weeks.  And the way things have been going weather-wise, and looking ahead, it looks like it will be a nice day, maybe around 70.  Perfect for an outdoor event.  I know it's a couple of weeks away and things can change, but let's just go with that for now.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

After doing a bit of research, this is what you can expect during the festival:

By the way, on their Facebook event, there are two different dates.  Saturday the 14th and Saturday the 16th.  Just so we're clear, the 14th of September this year is Saturday.  So the 16th is a typo.
This sounds like a great event filled with great food, drinks to try and maybe event try your hand as grape stomping.  I'll leave that one to others, but I'd love to watch and see how that one works out.
