There are a lot of crazy haunted attractions going on around the area at this time of year. Basically the entire month of October you can enjoy (if youi enjoy this stuff) things that will jump out, go bump in the night, surprise you, thrill you, or whatever throughout this halloween season.

I personally love all of the outdoor activities like corn mazes and such, but some people really like more of the scary events. If you are one of those people, this event will be right up your alley.

Almost sounds like the title of a Walking Dead spinoff, but no. This one is an event that is going on now through November 2nd at the Mall of America.

A new haunted attraction packed with electrifying scares, dozens of monsters and immersive add-on experiences. The tickets are available now, and must be purchased in advance online. The price for this event starts at $24.

Within the Fear Fest attraction there are some other things to check out too. There is a bar that you can take a little break in, must be 21+ for that one, obviously. There is also an Elvira pop up store and bar. These are add-ons to the regular ticket price, so they are not included in the regular price. But you can choose to take those in too, or not.
