IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA, BENTON, MORRISON, STEARNS, AND TODD. IN EAST CENTRAL MINNESOTA, KANABEC AND MILLE LACS. IN WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA, DOUGLAS, POPE, STEVENS, AND SWIFT -- FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING.

VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ASSOCIATED WITH ROUNDS OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL LEAD TO POTENTIAL FLASH FLOODING. LOCALIZED RAINFALL TOTALS OF 3 TO 5 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS: A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION. YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
