In the last few years, Speakeasies have made a huge comeback.  It's fun to go and try to figure out how to get in, first of all.  Then, to feel a bit like you are back in the 1920s is also kind of fun. The drinks and atmosphere usually make the customer feel a bit nostalgic.  Although none of us were alive at that time.  It's still cool.

SPEAKEASIES HAVE BECOME POPULAR WITH A VERY '20S VIBE

Speakeasies have been popping up all over the place, and they all have their own ecletic vibe.

If you follow them on Instagram, you will see some of the elaborate and unique cocktails that they take pride in making, along with some small plate bites.

There really is something for everyone there. I found out about it mostly because I follow Minnesota Speakeasies.  And I have noticed from the likes, comments and follows that a lot of people that I know also are following some of the cooler speakeasies in the area.
