Former SCSU Hockey Standout Roe Signs With Austrian Team

Former St. Cloud State hockey star Garrett Roe has signed a contract with EC Red Bull of the Austrian Hockey League. Roe joins former SCSU standout Joe Motzko and Matt Cullen's younger brother Mark on the team.

Roe, originally a draft pick of the Los Angeles Kings, spent 2012-13 with Adirondack of the AHL, an affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers. The Vienna, Virginia native notched 12 goals (26 points) in 57 games played.
