Farmers Markets are great.  You can get fresh produce, of course, but you can also get so many other things.  There is usually flowers, some plants, jams, jellies, other homemade condiments and more!  Going to a great Farmers Market can really boost your pantry.

The only issue I ever see is the fact that they are open more days during the week.  However, I do understand that they are dependant on the growing season - obvioulsy.

We are coming up on the end of the season.  Farmers Markets in the area mostly stay open one day a week through the end of October.  So you still have time to get there and take advantage of all of the (mostly) organic produce and more!

ST CLOUD FARMERS MARKET

This one is located in the Lady Slipper Lot, downtown St. Cloud every Saturday from 8am to Noon.  And will run through the end of October.  They have SO MANY things there that you can enjoy.  Plus, a lot of times there is some live music playing so your shopping experience is even more enjoyable.

HUTCHINSON FARMERS MARKET

This Farmers Market happens on Wednesday late afternoon.  I kind of like it when it's during the week like this one.  It breaks up your day, and you can get to some other things on the weekends.  The Farmers Market in Hutchinson is open Wednesday afternoons from 2:30pm to 5:30 pm through the end of October.

Join us under the pavilion at the Historic Train Depot for all the best local and fresh products available!

SARTELL FARMERS MARKET

And the great thing about this farmers market is on Monday nights.  The next one will be this coming Monday, September 21st.  It runs from 3 to 6pm at the Scheel's Arena in the parking lot, with a shift in the colder months.

Local farmers, growers, makers, and bakers gather every Monday in the Summer at Scheel's Athletic Complex to create a fun shopping experience. During the Winter months the market moves indoors at the Sartell City Hall on Saturday mornings.

ST JOSEPH FARMERS MARKET

You do have a few more weeks to get out to the St. Joe Farmers Market.  This one runs on Fridays from 3pm to 6pm and will have their last day on October 16th.

You can get a list of all of the farmers markets in the area, and see how long they will remain open throughout the rest of the season on the visit St. Cloud website
