Grand Funk Railroad Will Headline The Liberty Block Party

There have been quite a few incredible rock bands over the years – Van Halen, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, The Beatles, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Journey, Queen, and countless others. However, when it comes to being tasteful, few others are as adequate as Grand Funk Railroad.

Although they aren’t my particular style of music, I know a lot of people who adore their catalogue (especially other musicians.) If you or someone you know happens to be a fan of the band, then you’ll be thrilled to hear that they will be performing in St. Cloud on their upcoming “The American Band Tour” – which is intended to be a celebration of the band’s 50 year history.

That’s a pretty impressive stint, considering most successful groups break up after about a decade. They are set to headline the Liberty Block Party in St. Cloud on June 28^th, 2019. They have yet to announce an opening act.
