Are Some DoorDash Drivers Not Delivering ‘Expensive’ Orders?

Maybe it's a sign of the times. I was on Reddit this week and came across a story from a user that an order they had placed using DoorDash wasn't delivered, and they felt it was because of what they ordered. Has this ever happened to you?

A post to Reddit this week has been festering in the back of my mind, namely because it makes me wonder who feels it's OK to just take things.

According to the post, and I'm going to take this story at face value, the user "ordered a PS5 controller and headset from Best Buy. I go stand outside to wait for the driver. He approaches; I watch him drive on by my house. I figure he's probably going fast and missed it, and turning around. Nope, disappears."

Doordash driver stole my Best Buy order.

So this user just watched his delivery go right by, but the good news is that this user got refunded, but how frustrating is that?

It's Been A Summer Of Missing Packages

It's been a rough summer in my neighborhood. I've had three items that say they were delivered but were not. One of those items was flowers for my anniversary, and the other two were small Amazon purchases.
