"Fate tried to conceal him by naming him Smith." - Oliver Wendell Holmes. The quote is a dry observation on how common names can make an individual blend into the background. Right now, in St. Cloud, there seems to be confusion about two nail salons that share a similar name.

Similar Names With St. Cloud Area Nail Salons

There’s been some confusion with a long-time nail salon in St. Cloud, Kim’s Nails, owned by Lisa Duong.  Kim’s Nails has not moved locations or changed their name.  They are still open for business at 4104 West Division and ready to serve clients with exceptional service and attention to detail.  A recent hiccup with Facebook, Google Maps, and some postings from a salon with a similar name have left clients wondering where Kim Nails is and whether they are still open.

Good news: they are accepting appointments and walk-ins 7 days a week.  Owner Lisa Duong has over 20 years of experience in the nail business and has owned 4 local nail businesses in Central MN over the years, including Kim’s Nails, which she purchased in 2024.

The other nail salon confusing people is Nails By Kim, opened by the former owner of Kim's Nails, Kim.

Still Open Specials For Customers
